We started Slow Wave Coffee on a simple idea: make it easy for regular people to enjoy a great cup of coffee at home.
Even though people have been drinking coffee for hundreds of years, you'd think making a cafe-quality cup at home is on par with rocket surgery. A simple search about brewing coffee will bring up passionate arguments about water temperature, 23 step instruction guides with pictures and videos, and claims that a multi-hundred dollar investment in equipment is non-negotiable. Ain't nobody got time for that.
We're also not fans of the undertone of snobbery. No one should shame you for enjoying some sugar in your morning cup or preferring a darker roast. Coffee lovers come in all shapes and sizes and are in different parts of their journey. Making people feel excluded or dumb about a beverage isn't a way we want to live our lives.

We source high-quality beans from responsible importers, expertly roast them to bring out their best flavors and brew up in a non-temperamental way. Our coffees are organized into three major taste profiles, making it simple for you to identify a coffee you'll enjoy, even if you don't know much about the origin countries or processing methods. We also roast to order, which means we don't have roasted coffee sitting around getting old. The coffee you receive is guaranteed to be fresh. If you've been buying old beans from the grocery store or a local roaster, the difference in taste will astound you. Pinky swear.
Delivered to your Door.
We hate running out of coffee. When you're pressed for time, it's a hassle to stop by a cafe or store to pick some up, or to have to stand in a line before work to get a brewed cup. Our online ordering process is quick and easy and we'll ship anywhere in the U.S. for a flat $5 shipping fee. You can order as you need coffee or sign-up for a recurring delivery with a coffee subscription so you never run out of coffee again.

Check out our "Brewtorials" for simple step-by-step instructions for your brewing method. No special equipment required! And because grind is important and burr grinders are expensive (or time-consuming), we will grind your coffee to order at no extra charge.
